Video Channels
I run four video channels about 3D printing and design. The YouTube channel i started with in 2016, is called AllVisuals4U | Design & Engineering. Here i started to post content about 2D/3D design and 3D printing. The main focus of this channel moved towards CAD design and engineering in 2023. In that same year i launched a separate channel for 3D printing only, called 3DParts4U | 3D Printing For Everyone.
In 2020, i started AllVisuals4U Shorts on YouTube. I decided to also create vertical videos. I think it’s an interesting way to show more of my 3D printing projects! It’s less time consuming and ideal to watch on a phone.
In 2023 i started creating Shorts from my long form content. That’s an efficient way to keep making them, without making extra video recordings. So every video about design and also 3D printing, will be released as a short version.
In 2024 i decided i need another channel for speed modeling videos. It’s called AllVisuals4U | Speed Modeling & Timelapses. I create them from my long form content, like i do with the short videos. It’s a fast forward version of my long form content for viewers that like timelapses of CAD projects.
How I Design
I create almost all of my 3D designs with FreeCAD. It’s a free 3D parametric modeler. You cannot compare it with paid software, but as free software, i think it’s awesome!
